Brief Introduction

本品為免疫抑制劑，主要用(yong)于預(yu)防和治療同種異體 器官(guan)移(yi)植或骨(gu)髓移(yi)植的排(pai)斥反應或移(yi)植物抗宿主反 應，還可用(yong)于系統(tong)性(xing)紅斑狼(lang)瘡(chuang)、類(lei)風濕(shi)性(xing)關節炎(yan)及(ji) 皮膚炎(yan)癥等自身免疫性(xing)疾(ji)病(bing)。近年試用(yong)于早期(qi)HIV 感染。

The product is an immunosuppressant.It is mainly used to prevent rejection following allogeneic organ transplantation or bone marrow transplantation and in the prophylaxis of graft-versus-host disease(GVHD).
It is also used in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),rheumatoid arthritis,atopic dermatitis and other autoimmune diseases.There are some recent HIV injection researches and studies with the treatment of CsA in these years.
